Regulated by the Railroad Commission of Texas, Blackhorn has the ability to take any RCRA non-exempt waste responsibly, while reducing our customers’ environmental impact.

About us

Blackhorn Environmental Services’ Waste Disposal Facility is built with safety and environmental protection measures, that exceed the requirements set out by the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC). This will ensure the long term liability cradle to grave requirements and give your company the greatest security possible. This facility is built to take all of your waste streams, whether solid or liquid, ensuring that you only have to make one call for all of your disposal needs.

All wastes are analyzed, treated and disposed of in either our onsite injection well, or in our double lined disposal pit for final entombment. The size and scope of our facility allows us to turn your trucks around quickly and have them back out on the road, not sitting in line.

Services

The Blackhorn Waste Disposal Facility has the ability to take any form of waste regulated by the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) such as drilling, frac, production, spill or contaminated waste.

Our facility is set up to take these waste materials from end dump trucks, vacuum trucks, hydro vacs, belly dump trucks, roll off boxes, or just about any other way that it can be safely delivered to us over the road. We have a large offload area with multiple lanes so that all waste products can be unloaded quickly and efficiently.
